Yearly visits are required in areas of heavy foot traffic to be able to address damage and deterioration to the stone in a timely manner before it becomes a more serious issue.

FLOORS, WALLS, SHOWERS, FIREPLACES, FURNITURE & PATIOS

Natural stone in showers are difficult to keep clean and also require frequent maintenance visits. Showers may show evidence of calcium build up, rust stains and mildew.  Grout lines require a professional cleaning.

FOUNTAINS & STATUES

Fountains receive a tremendous amount of abuse.  Water and rust stains quickly tarnish the look of the stone.  Frequent sealers and stone polishes can help minimize the harsh affects of running water, chlorine and minerals.

STEPS

Steps, both interior and exterior require a manual restorative/maintenance visit which is more time consuming and labour intensive.  Maintenance may require removing safety grit tape and installing new tape.  Flamed granite exterior surfaces also require regular maintenance and sealers to protect from harsh winter traffic.
